Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are estimates or starting points and may vary based on quantity, materials, installation needs, project complexity, finishing requirements, and turnaround expectations. A project-specific quote will be provided before production begins. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For larger projects, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Returned checks or disputed charges without valid reason may result in additional fees.

Appointments & Cancellations

For scheduled consultations, design reviews, installations, or production slots, we ask for reasonable notice if timing changes. Late changes, canceled production windows, or no-shows for scheduled meetings may affect project timing and may be subject to fees where materials, labor, or reserved production time have already been committed.

Project schedules often depend on approvals, artwork readiness, and production sequencing. Delays in approvals or required source files may shift estimated timelines.

Warranties

Warranty coverage, if offered, varies by material, finish, installation environment, and the specific type of work produced. Any applicable warranty terms will be communicated as part of the project or delivery documentation. Coverage generally applies to workmanship or material defects as defined for the specific project and does not cover misuse, improper handling, environmental damage, or normal wear.
